Changzhi Wangcun Airport (IATA: CIH; ICAO: ZBCZ) is located at the junction of Luzhou District and Lucheng District, Changzhi City, Shanxi Province, China, 5.5 kilometers south of the center of Changzhi City. It is a 4C-level domestic branch airport for both military and civil use.
Construction of Changzhi Wangcun Airport began in 1958; in 1967, Changzhi Wangcun Airport was converted into a military and civil airport; in June 2000, Changzhi Wangcun Airport ceased operations; on September 8, 2003, Changzhi Wangcun Airport resumed operations; on September 19, 2021, the new terminal building of Changzhi Wangcun Airport was put into use . As of October 2021, the terminal building of Changzhi Wangcun Airport covers an area of 22,100 square meters and is equipped with 7 boarding bridges; the civil aviation apron has 9 parking spaces, including 2 close-in parking spaces; the runway is 2,440 meters long (actually built 2,600 meters) and 45 meters wide; it can meet the annual passenger throughput of 1.5 million and the cargo and mail throughput of 4,500 tons.

Construction of the station building and platform canopy began in October 2019. The station was renamed Changzhi South Station in June 2020 and opened on December 12, 2020. As of November 2020, the station building has a total construction area of 9,985 square meters, with two platforms and four tracks, capable of accommodating up to 300 passengers for transfers and waiting.
