Ceramic knives are mostly made from a nanomaterial called zirconium oxide. Zirconia and aluminum oxide powders are pressed into a mold under a 300-ton pressure to create a blade blank. The blank is then sintered at 2000 degrees Celsius, polished with diamonds, and fitted with a handle to create the finished ceramic knife.

Ceramic blades are a new type of blade crafted using high-tech nanotechnology. They are over ten times sharper than steel knives, resulting in high hardness, high density, high-temperature resistance, anti-magnetization, and oxidation resistance.
Ceramic knives are manufactured using precision ceramics under high pressure, hence the name ceramic knives. As a product of modern technology, ceramic knives possess advantages unmatched by traditional metal knives. Because they are made from high-tech nano-zirconia, ceramic knives are also called "zirconium gem knives," reflecting their elegance and value.

Zibo ceramics are an ancient craft of porcelain making. Zibo is a newly emerging industrial city in central Shandong. Once the capital of the ancient Qi State, it is one of the world's most renowned porcelain capitals. The glassware and ceramics produced here are renowned both domestically and internationally, and boast a rich history and tradition. Despite its rich history, Zibo ceramics have also made rapid progress in the production of fine ceramics, achieving high standards in both form and decoration. Examples include the eggshell pottery from the late Neolithic period and the "raindrop glaze" and "tea leaf glaze" glazes of the Song Dynasty, which are still treasured internationally.
In April 2025, it was selected as one of the first Chinese consumer brands.
