Huaxi Park is located in Huaxi District, southern suburbs of Guiyang, and is a natural landscape park with a long history in Guiyang. Huaxi Park integrates landscape, pastoral and folk customs. The scenery here is beautiful all the year round, especially the golden avenue with flowers in spring and wutong trees in autumn. The Baibu Bridge winding on the Huaxi River is also a beautiful scenery.

Huaxi Park was completed in 1940 and officially named Huaxi Park in 1949. The park mainly features authentic mountains, waters, and rural scenery, with attractions such as Furongzhou, Baibu Bridge, Bashang Bridge, Huangjin Avenue, Linshan, Guishan, Songbai Garden, Bitaoyuan Garden, Mudan Garden, Zhulian Pool, and Qiyuan. There is a Huaxi River running through the park, and many scenic spots are scattered on both sides of the Huaxi River.
Huaxi Park is a place surrounded by mountains and rivers. When you come here in spring, you can see all kinds of flowers blooming here. In summer, it is very suitable for summer. In autumn, you can walk on the golden avenue covered with wutong leaves, and its scenery is comparable to the fairy tale world. However, the most beautiful scenery in the park is undoubtedly the emerald green river water and various small bridges perched on the water, among which the interesting ones are the winding stone steps on the water - the Hundred Step Bridge.
Visitors to Huaxi Park can take a leisurely walk, row a boat in the lake, or climb a small hill for a distant view. There are also bike rental services available in the park, but due to the many small bridges in the park, cycling often requires lifting the bike up and down, which is inconvenient.
