Jingdezhen Cuisine

Jingdezhen residents generally enjoy spicy food, and many of their main dishes are seasoned with chili peppers. Jingdezhen snacks are most distinctive in the street vendors and roadside eateries. The Porcelain City's three most distinctive snacks are cold noodles, dumpling cakes, and alkaline cakes. Other snacks include Jingde flatbread chicken, chili ba, printed ba, fried dough sticks with sesame seeds, Longjiao melon seeds, and Leping dog meat.
