Fuliang Ancient County Government

Fuliang Ancient County Government is located in the northern part of Jingdezhen, about 8 kilometers away from the city center. It is a well preserved fifth grade county government office in Jiangnan during the Qing Dynasty. Here, not only can you see complete county government agencies, but also live performances of scenes similar to the "court case" in ancient costume dramas.

A straight porcelain road leads directly to the city gate in front of the square at the entrance of the scenic area, which looks spectacular from a distance. Looking down, you will find that the porcelain plates on the ground, which are several hundred meters long, introduce the long history of Fuliang and Jingdezhen with pictures and text, including the evolution of the city, the development history of ceramics, important tasks and major events, and so on.

Walking towards the county government, the first thing you see is the Toumen, where a large drum is placed, serving as a place for complainants to beat drums and clear their grievances. The ceremonial gate behind is a place for welcoming civil and military officials.
