Nuanquan Ancient Town in Weixian County has a long history and profound cultural heritage. It is located in the western part of Weixian County, Zhangjiakou City, Hebei Province, and is named after the spring water that flows continuously throughout the year and is warm in winter and cool in summer in the town center. The main characters of the "Tree Flower" performance are four artists wearing straw hats and sheepskin jackets, two surnamed Wang, one surnamed Zong, and one surnamed Liu, all aged between 40-55 years old. Their attire is designed to prevent burns. Folk artists perform "tree flower smashing" on the nearly 10 meter high city wall behind them, and rust stains can be seen, which are the traces left by tree flower smashing in the past. The hot molten iron was poured into a basin in front of the city wall, and a master came on stage. In order to create a more lively scene, performers will take advantage of the fact that the previous fireworks have not yet dissipated to pour a few more spoons of molten iron one after another, making sparks rise and fall in a staggered manner, presenting a unique visual feast to people. The performer of 'Tree Flower' wears a sheepskin coat and a bamboo hat, and uses a special wooden spoon to vigorously sprinkle the melted hot iron on the hard city wall. The hot iron, which is over 1600 degrees Celsius, hits the cold city wall, splashing brilliant sparks that string together to form a tree crown, and then instantly disappears into the pitch black night. Performers will create a new round of sparks before they dissipate, forming a continuous golden "flower rain" that brings warmth to people on a cold winter day.
