Taohuayuan, also known as " Peach Flowers Garden", located in Taoyuan county of Changde City, is one of the top attractions in Hunan Province.
Changde Peach Blossom Spring is a true paradise described by Tao Yuanming, a great poet of the Eastern Jin Dynasty, in his "Peach Blossom Spring Record" more than 1600 years ago. It was first built in the Jin Dynasty and is one of the four sacred sites of Taoism in China, known as the "35th Cave Heaven and 46th Blessed Land". For thousands of years, literati such as Tao Yuanming, Meng Haoran, Wang Changling, Wang Wei, Li Bai, Du Mu, Liu Yuxi, Han Yu, Lu You, and Su Shi have left precious poems and writings here.

In front of Peach Blossom Spring, there is the endless Yuan River, and behind it are the undulating peaks of Wuling. The ancient trees in the area are towering, and the stream water is clear. The Taohuayuan Scenic Area has developed four major scenic spots: the Fudi Cave Tian Taohuashan, the Taoist attraction Taoyuanshan, the Shangri La Qin Village, and the mythical hometown Taoxianling; At the same time, there are also scenic spots such as the Yuanjiang River, the ruins of the Warring States Cailing City, and hot springs in the hot city available for sightseeing.

Taohuayuan Scenic Area holds the "Peach Blossom Festival" every spring. The peach blossom garden in spring is filled with peach blossoms and red flying green fields. Entering the Peach Blossom Spring is like stepping into a magnificent painting. Tourists who come at this time can feel the peaceful rural scenery and seek the artistic conception of "delicious grass and colorful fallen petals" described in "The Peach Blossom Spring".
