The Meng Jiangnu Zhenlie Temple was built in memory of Meng Jiangnu. It is located in Lixian County, Hunan Province, 15 kilometers east of Lixian County, in the Jiashan Fine Seed Field. The location is beautiful and picturesque. There are 1000 square meters of buildings such as the Toumen Hall and the Deng Ci Tai. The Zhenlie Temple has a Yin engraved regular script inscription "Meng Jiang's Former Residence".
In 1954, the Meng Jiangnu Zhenlie Temple was destroyed by a large fire. The mountain gate, main hall, and rear hall have been rebuilt with funds raised by the Lixian Cultural Relics Management Office since the 1970s. The watchtower, embroidered bamboo, and stone mirror still exist. On one side of the stone tablet, there are three lines of cursive script, with the central line consisting of four large characters: "Meng Jiang's Former Residence", and the two sides inscribed with "Clouds of the Way Thinking of a Gentleman Far Away" and "Returning to the Former Residence with a Soul".
