Sanqing Palace

Sanqing Palace is located in the north of Mount Sanqing, which can be described as the "open-air museum" of Taoist ancient buildings, and is also a gathering place of cultural landscape.

Sanqing Palace has a history of more than 1600 years, with over 230 ancient buildings and cultural relics including temples, halls, springs, pools, and towers. They are intricately arranged based on the "Innate Eight Trigrams Pattern" and are a treasure trove for studying the design and layout of ancient architecture on our national highway. Visiting the Sanqing Palace allows one to appreciate the rich history of Taoist culture.

In front of the Sanqing Palace, there are three natural large pools of water, namely "Jingyi", "Qinghua", and "Hanxing". Behind them, there are thousands of ancient pine forests. To the east, there is Longshou Mountain as a natural barrier, and to the west, there is Hutou Rock lying under the arch guard, with dragons and tigers crouching, creating an extraordinary atmosphere.

When I saw the straight plaque with the words "Sanqing Fudi" written on it, I arrived at the front of the main hall of Sanqing Palace. In the center of the hall, there were three statues of Taoist ancestors: Yuqing Yuanshi Tianzun, Shangqing Lingbao Tianzun, and Taiqing Daode Tianzun. The back hall was Guanyin Hall, where Guanyin and Wangmu were enshrined.
