Nanjing Lukou International Airport (IATA: NKG, ICAO: ZSNJ) is located in Lukou Subdistrict, Jiangning District, Nanjing, Jiangsu Province, 35.8 kilometers from Gulou Square in the city center. As of 2022, Nanjing South Railway Station will occupy approximately 700,000 square meters, with a total construction area of 730,000 square meters. The total building area is approximately 458,000 square meters, of which the main building covers 387,000 square meters. With a total investment exceeding 30 billion RMB, the building adheres to the design concept of "New Station in the Ancient Capital," incorporating numerous classical Chinese architectural elements such as caisson ceilings, bracket sets, window grilles, and wood grain.
