Neihuang Jujubes

Neihuang jujubes were listed as a tribute item as early as the Tang Dynasty. There are many varieties of Neihuang jujubes, with the most popular being the flat-nucleic acid variety. Neihuang jujubes have short, cylindrical fruits with flattened pits, purplish-red outer skin, and light yellow flesh.


Anyang Trichosanthes Fruit

Anyang Trichosanthes fruit is a geographical indication product, produced in the four counties, one city, and four districts under the jurisdiction of Anyang City, Henan Province. The fruit is spherical or broadly oval, with an orange-yellow surface, wrinkled or relatively smooth, with a rounded style remnant at the top and a slightly pointed base, containing a residual fruit stalk.


Anyang Liaohua (a type of pastry)

Liaohua is a traditional pastry of Anyang City (formerly Zhangde Prefecture), with a long-standing reputation. According to the Qing Dynasty Jiaqing edition of the *Anyang County Gazetteer*, "Liaohua from Jintai and Gangtai are both very famous." It has a history of over two hundred years.

Anyang jade carving has a long history. As early as the Yin and Shang Dynasties more than 3,000 years ago, Anyang, the capital of Yin, was a center for jade manufacturing. Anyang jade carvings primarily depict figures, flowers, birds, and animals, characterized by exquisite craftsmanship, vivid forms, and a lustrous sheen. Traditional products include masterpieces such as "Celestial Maiden Scattering Flowers," "Eight Steeds," and "Five Sacred Mountains Gods," which sell well both domestically and internationally.


Baliying Melon: The Baling melon is a geographical indication protected product, originating within the current administrative area of Baling Township, Hua County, Anyang City, Henan Province. The melons are characterized by their well-proportioned shape, absence of surface defects, uniform coloring, and smooth surface (without the fine fuzz at the stem end, making it smooth to the touch) before harvesting.
