Zhangye grapes

Zhangye City's unique geographical location at 38° north latitude gives it a distinct advantage in grape quality, making it a major production base for high-quality grapes in China, primarily for table and wine grapes. The city cultivates 69,500 mu (approximately 1,000 hectares) of various grape varieties, producing 66,000 tons annually. In recent years, Zhangye has been recognized with titles like the "National Gold Award for Fresh Grapes," "Gansu's Top Ten Famous Fruits," and "China's Famous Fruit." It received Green Food certification in 2009 and National Agricultural Product Geographical Indication registration from the former Ministry of Agriculture in 2015.
Shandan Mutton
Shandan County has a long history of mutton farming and is a major mutton-raising county in the Hexi Corridor. Shandan's unique natural environment contributes to its delicate texture, delicious flavor, lack of mutton flavor, and rich nutrition. Shandan Mutton has received National Geographical Indication certification and has been included in the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs' first-ever "China Agricultural Brand Catalogue" and the "Ganwei" well-known agricultural product regional public brand "Good, Medium, and Excellent" catalog. It is a specialty delicacy with a long and rich history in the Hexi Corridor.
