Tianbo Yangfu was the residence of Yang Ye, a famous anti Liao general of the Northern Song Dynasty. It was located next to the Jinshui River at Tianbo Gate in Kaifeng City, hence the name "Tianbo Yangfu". The current Tianbo Yangfu is a group of ancient Song Dynasty buildings restored in recent years to commemorate the famous general Yang Ye.
The main building of Yangfu consists of three parts: Yangjiafu Yamen, Yangjiahuayuan, and Yanbing Field, among which Yangjiafu Yamen is the main part of Yangfu. Here, tourists can see a large number of physical materials such as sculptures of Yang family generals, She Taijun Temple, Yang family weapons, as well as large-scale group sculptures praising Yang family generals' loyalty to the country and the Filial Piety Temple dedicated to Yang family generals.
When tourists visit the scenic area, they also have the opportunity to see exciting performances. There are 5-6 antique style performances every day at the entrance of the government office and the Dianjiang stage. In the cool weather season, large-scale horse racing performances will also be staged in the training ground of the scenic area.
