6 Days Guizhou Classic Tour

Upon arrival at Guiyang airport or railway station, you'll be met local guide and transferred to your hotel in Guiyang City, capital of Guizhou Province in southwest China. 

Guiyang is a rising tourism city of China. 

The famous scenic spots of Guiyang includes the Qianling Hill, Hongfu Temple, Qingyan Old Town, Wenchang Pavilion, Jiaxiu Tower, Flower Stream, Huangguoshu Falls, etc. among which Huangguoshu Falls is the most famous in all of Guizhou Province, moreover it is the biggest waterfall in China.

After breakfast, you'll take bullet train (C6301 09:20-09:52) to Anshun , upon arrival,drive to visit Huangguoshu Waterfall___ the largest waterfall in Asia. After visit take bullet train (G2333 18:10-19:49) to Xingyi, a county level city in southwest Guizhou Province. Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel in Xingyi.

After breakfast, visit Wanfenglin Scenic Area and Malinghe Valley around the Malinghe River.

Wanfenglin Scenic Area is mainly characterized by cone-shaped peak forests and peak clusters developed from Triassic rock formations, with various geological relics such as karst caves, funnels, underground rivers, sinkholes, and sedimentary strata distributed among them. The peak cluster and peak forest landform landscapes are widely distributed, diverse in types, rich in forms, and well developed, which are extremely rare in China and even in the world. They are typical representatives of the conical karst landform landscapes formed in the transitional slope zone from the western the Yunnan-Guizhou Plateau to the hills of Guangxi, and are "the large museum of conical karst in China".

Malinghe Grand Canyon is a national scenic spot in Guizhou.With fantastic views, precipices and waterfalls, the valley is absolutely fascinating. In the afternoon, take bullet train ( G4870 17:02-20:07) to Kaili. Upon arrival, transfer to Qianhu Miao Village in Leiping County.

After breakfast, visit  Xijiang Qianhu Miao Village and enjoy the Miao ethnic dance. Thereafter, drive about 30 minuts to Baiyan Village and see the  Baiyan Mountain Terraced Fields.

Drink the gate wine first, then enter the village. The first thing you see is the commercial pedestrian street, selling a dazzling array of Miao ethnic specialty products, including Miao silver jewelry. Kongbai in Dagou Township, Leishan County, near the Miao village, is a well-known silver craftsman village. Almost all the men in the village have mastered silver jewelry making techniques, and Miao silver craftsmanship is exquisite.

Baiyan Village, located in Danjiang Town, about 8 km from Leishan County seat, is known as the ‌"Village Held Up by Terraces"‌ or "Cloud-top Baiyan". It is a traditional Miao settlement with a history of ecological protection.

After breakfast, walk around the Baiyan Village for shooting. After lunch,check out hotel and then drive back to Kaili railway station to catch your bullet train to Tongren City. Upon arrival, local driver will pick you up to your hotel in the city.

Tongren is located in the southeast edge of Fanjing Mountain, which is the main peak of the Wuling Mountains. Here, wonderful scenes of mountains, caves and hot springs are set together. Ridges and peaks gracefully run together and mountains and streams depend on each other for sustenance. Thus, it is no wonder that there are more than 40 scenic spots in this area. In addition to the well-known Fanjing Mountain and Jiulong Cave, there are many beautiful scenes which are rare in the world.

After breakfast, drive about 1 hour to the east entrance gate of Fanjing Mountain Scenic Area. Ater entering, you will take shuttle bus about 30 minutes inside the area, and then take round-trip cable-car to explore the wonders of Fanjing Mountain. Thereafter, drive about 3 hours to Fenghuang Ancient Town in Xiangxi Prefecture of Hunan Province.

Mount Fanjing is the highest peak of the Wuling Mountains, at an elevation of 2572 meters. Primitive vegetation is the major feature of Mount Fanjing, with mountains standing majestically, peaks rising one after another, streams crossing and waterfalls overshooting. Besides, Fanjingshan is a sacred Buddhist site and many Buddhist believe that Fanjingshan is where one can reach spiritual enlightenment as Maitreya Buddha did.

The 53rd UNESCO World Heritage Site in China. The 42nd session of the World Heritage Committee in Bahrain has announced Fanjingshan as UNESCO's ever-expanding list of World Heritage Sites. It is an island of metamorphic rock in a sea of Karst and is home to many ancient and relict plant and animal species which originated in the Tertiary period, between 65 million and 2 million years ago.
