The hotel has a long history, and at the beginning of New China, it was a high-end apartment for Soviet military experts. The building has three floors and a tree lined pavilion outside. There are corridors and courtyards inside, with yellow walls and blue tiles. The building is decorated with finishing touches and named "Red Chamber" because it is supported by large columns of red lacquer. After the completion of the Red Chamber, more than 20 Soviet experts and their families moved in. For a moment, the European style pervaded the buildings, exuding a strong sense of exoticism. In 1956, it was renamed as the General Rear Office in Chongqing. The Red Chamber, with its magnificent eaves, protects the bodies of numerous historical figures, and can be said to be the epitome of its glory. Building 1 has been listed as an unclassified and immovable precious cultural relic by the Chongqing Municipal Government. The renovated and upgraded hotel is located near the bustling city without disturbance, in a quiet and elegant place; Green trees provide shade, birds sing and flowers bloom, and the architecture is quaint and elegant.
