Xinjiang Raisins
Xinjiang raisins can be categorized based on the grape varieties used: Seedless White, Premium Green, Seedless Green Xiangfei, Seedless Rose Xiangfei, Seedless Red Xiangfei, King of Kings, Mare's Milk, Man's Fragrance, Rose Fragrance, Golden Queen, Xiangfei Red, Blackcurrant, Desert King, Chocolate, Yogurt, Suosuo, Kashgar, Rigagan, etc. Raisins made from fresh seedless white grapes have a sugar content as high as 60% and are considered a delicacy among grapes.
Xinjiang Jujubes
The main varieties of Xinjiang jujubes are: Junzao, Huizao, and Zanhuangzao. Among them, Junzao from Hotan is the most famous, known as Hotan Jade Jujube; Huizao from Ruoqiang is the most famous, known as Ruoqiang Jujube; and Zanhuangzao from Hami is the most famous, known as Hami Jujube.
Hotan Carpets
Hotan is the hometown of Xinjiang carpets. Hotan carpets are diverse in variety, with mottled and romantic patterns, unique styles, and elegant colors. Their patterns fully reflect the artistic characteristics of Eastern ethnic groups, especially the Uyghur art style. They often use plants, flowers, fruits, branches, leaves, and various interesting animals as basic motifs, supplemented by varied expansions and variations. Hotan carpets use cotton yarn for warp and weft, with wool pile. Traditional patterns include pomegranate flower patterns, kelok patterns, and five-flower patterns.
