The main body of the park, Hongshan, is composed of purple sandstone and gravel, with a unique reddish brown color. In the park, you can stroll through the woods, take a boat ride on the lake, visit cultural buildings such as Buddhist temples and statues, experience various amusement projects, and climb to the top of the mountain to overlook the panoramic view of the city.
The park area is not large, with a length and width of about five to six hundred meters. After entering, you can walk for sightseeing. There is a red mountain in the park, with an altitude of about 900 meters, but the drop from the bottom of the mountain is only about a hundred meters. There are many trees on the mountain road, and the environment is very good.
The Hongshan Pagoda is located on the top of the Hongshan Mountain on the west side. It is a nine story germanium red pagoda that matches the color of the red mountain below, making it very unique. At the Red Mountain Pagoda, you can take a panoramic view of the city below, with a very wide field of view.
