White Horse Pagoda, also known as White Horse Tower, was first built in the Later Qin Dynasty (221 BC-208 BC)), and the current pagoda was rebuilt in the 24th year of the Qing Dynasty's Daoguang reign (1843-1844 AD). It is said that the famous Kucha monk Kumarajiva built it for his beloved mount, the White Horse.

The tower has nine layers and is twelve meters high. It is made of adobe bricks, with a pillar in the middle and coated with grass mud and lime on the outside. The style of the Lama Temple from the Ming Dynasty is preserved, with an octagonal base; Built with bricks, each elephant face is 3 meters wide; The 2nd to 4th layers are folded and overlapped; There are protruding milk nails under the fifth layer, surrounding it, and lotus petals above it; The sixth layer is the bowl shaped tower body; The seventh layer is a regular wheel shape; The eighth layer is a hexagonal slope brake disc, with one wind vane hanging at each corner; The 9th floor is a continuous bead shaped tower tip.
