The Shangri La Songzanlin Card Hotel is located in Xiaojiezi Village, Songzanlin Temple, Jiantang Town, overlooking the "Shambhala" secret realm of Songzanlin Temple. The Songzanlin Card is hidden in a peaceful and green valley, facing the famous Gelugpa temple in Yunnan - Songzanlin Temple from afar, with a pastoral scenery of Tibetan villages and barley fields intertwined.
The entire Linka is built along the mountain terrain, using Tibetan style watchtower buildings with distinct Kangba characteristics, arranged in a staggered manner with flowers, plants, and trees hidden among each other. On the pine forest path next to Linka, lamas, herdsmen, and herds of horses often pass by, creating a natural harmony and a natural Zen spirit. The name of each building in the hotel comes from a village deep in Shangri La. The solid wood furniture, Tibetan carpets, copper Buddha statues, Tibetan Eight Treasures decorations and other handmade products and antique art decorations placed in the front hall allow people to fully appreciate the essence of Tibetan ethnic culture.
