White Pagoda Mountain Park

White Pagoda Mountain Park , also kown as Baitashan Park, is located on the north bank of the Yellow River near the central district of Lanzhou, and the entrance is connected with the Zhongshan Bridge.

The White Pagoda Mountain is about 1700 meters above sea level and is dominated by the ancient white pagoda at the top of the hill, with a total of seven floors and seventeen meters in height. This pagoda was once built by Kublai in the year when he commemorated the death of Saban, a Tibetan Buddhist teacher who died of illness here, and then rebuilt during the Ming Dynasty, and it is one of the landmarks of Lanzhou City, which is the origin of the name of White Pagoda Hill.

The altitude at the top of the mountain is about 1,700 meters above sea level. Take the Yellow River Ropeway on the other side of the Yellow River, which crosses the Yellow River and then reaches the hillside of White Pagoda Mountain. There are roughly three levels of ancient buildings on the hiking path of White Pagoda Mountain, among which are huge pagodas, city towers and temple pavilions.
